Darwin Hall comprises a main hall, a separate meeting room, a kitchen, and a small, enclosed outdoor area. The hall is available by private hire to individuals, groups and businesses in and around the local area. The main hall can accommodate 120 people when tables and chairs are set out, 130 people in auditorium style (no tables but with chairs and a stage area) or 160 dancing (no tables or chairs).

The meeting room can hold 25 people seated. Both rooms are available to hire separately.

It is owned by Lichfield City Council and managed by a voluntary committee.
